The history of Fat Head Twins is now, mouse clicker, so here’s the punch: Daihti and Mitch have a hand in the entire life-cycle of the musical tracks presented herein, including composition, engineering, mixing, mastering, production and marketing. The whole operation is proudly DIY (do-it-yourself). Compositionally, our tracks are often enhanced by the delicious playing of honorary Fat Heads discussed on the “Collaborators” page. The Fat Head Twins are endlessly creative and musically diverse, cursed with an almost pathological work ethic and well equipped to provide top notch musical tracks for the discerning consumer.
Daithi and Mitch channel the muse by playing the following instruments: acoustic guitars, electric guitars, mandolin, banjo mandolin, keyboards, piano, charango, baglama, glockenspiel, and various percussion implements. Daithi and Mitch capture the muse using a mixture of high-fidelity analog and cutting-edge digital technologies. They’ve been at this collaborative endeavor for 13 years, and playing music since they were but wee, large-headed children.
